The Energy Efficient Roof Tile Attachment System

KNOW THE CODE

Title 24, part 6, of the new California Code of Regulations, went into effect January 1, 2010. It mandates a higher energy efficiency in construction methods with new standards of performance for steep-sloped roofs, including clay and concrete tile roofs.

KNOW THE DIFFERENCE

The Title 24 above deck insulation requirement specifies an R-value of 0.85 or better. A Polyset® AH160 foam adhesive roof exceeds this by up to 500%. And, it does this without compromise:
- Additional air space between the tile and roof deck NOT REQUIRED
- Battens NOT REQUIRED
- Reflective tiles NOT REQUIRED
