About Us

Polyfoam Products, Inc., with facilities in Tomball, Texas and Coral Springs, Florida, began manufacturing polyurethane foam formulations and polyurethane dispensing equipment in 1989.

Polyurethane formulas have been developed that span a wide range of properties. In addition to the easily recognized traditional uses for foams like pour-in-place packaging foam and flotation foam, Polyfoam Products, Inc. has used its expertise in foam formulation to provide innovative solutions to our customers’ on-going needs.

For example, our POLYSET® Professional Tile Roofing System helps protect buildings from damage during windstorms or hurricanes, while allowing the roofing contractor increased production. Additional benefits include elimination of fastener penetrations through the waterproofing membrane, increased support for foot traffic and lightweight tile, a Class A fire rating as well as thermal and seismic advantages.

Our rigid foams are formulated in a wide density range and find uses in products such as pleasure boats, spas and hot tubs, and tooling molds. Theater prop makers and Theme Park operators have used our rigid foam formulas to create decorative scenery. Spray foam formulas such as Insul-Seal® provide energy saving insulation for homes. Some of our rigid foam formulas are used underground to stabilize pipelines and help set telephone poles.

Flexible foam formulas are also offered by Polyfoam Products, Inc., used for such unusual items as archery targets.

All of our polyurethane formulas are designed to be processed using our patented Foampro® foam application equipment. The Foampro® line of equipment products is designed to be cost effective, reliable and easy to operate and maintain. Polyfoam Products, Inc. can also custom formulate a polyurethane foam or adhesive product to fit your unique product requirements.
